risley hall is stunning! the architecture is impressive, especially the grand entrance. our room was cozy and had a huge bath. we really enjoyed the friendly service from adele at check-in and the smooth experience all around. worth mentioning, the location is great for exploring the area.

the lack of hot water was disappointing.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. The staff helped me with a late departure on my first stay, and they're always kind. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, and my room was really spacious which made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast experience was also disappointing as there was a limited selection left when I arrived. the hotel has potential but needs significant improvements.

    Perfect stay for the easy-going!

Had a huge room with old charm, spacious and with a comfy bed, felt like royalty. The breakfast was a lovely surprise, good choices, they made a killer eggs Benedict.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience, I’d say it’s acceptable.

    fantastic views
    cozy family room
    indoor swimming pool
    slow wi-fi

We had a lovely stay with fantastic views and a cozy family room to enjoy. The kids had a blast in the indoor swimming pool and we really loved relaxing in the sauna. One minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it didn’t spoil our fun at all! 🌟

    stunning architecture

    nostalgic atmosphere
    ambiguous procedures
    poor communication

The stunning high rafts in the Baronial Hall filled me with awe, making me feel like a queen in my own castle. The charming decor added a nostalgic touch, enhancing my stay with memories of yesteryears.

Lack of clear information for check-in procedures.
